On July 1, 2010 the City of Cle Elum began using a new set of codes as required by State Law (RCW 19.27). Your plans and supporting documentation must demonstrate compliance with these new codes.

2. 2009 International Residential Code (IRC)
3. 2009 International Mechanical Code (IMC)
4. 2009 International Fire Code (IFC)
5. 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC)
6. 2009 Washington State Energy Code
7. 2009 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC)
