On July 1, 2007 the City of Cle Elum began using a new set of codes as required by State Law (RCW 19.27). Your plans and supporting documentation must demonstrate compliance with these new codes.

3. 2006 International Mechanical Code (IMC)
4. 2006 International Fire Code (IFC)
5. 2006 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC)
6. 2006 Washington State Energy Code
7. 2006 Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code
8. 2006 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC)
