Building & Fire Safety Division
The Department of Community Development building division,
usually called DCD Building, is responsible for reviewing and
inspecting all building permit applications for the City of Cle Elum. Our goal is to provide a high level of building safety
through the enforcement of a comprehensive body of building and
fire codes. While safety is our primary mission we also help
ensure that your building is energy efficient and provides a
comfortable, healthy atmosphere.
